Most real estate agents end up doing two jobs: working with clients and keeping everything around the transaction moving. RedCastile exists to give more of your working day back to the work that brings in the business.

What the platform put first this morning
Then the work around each transaction starts to pile up. A buyer wants an answer late at night. A seller wants an update. A nota simple is still missing. A valuation needs preparing. Someone needs to confirm a viewing. A document needs chasing. A deadline is coming up, and you are the one who has to remember it.
None of that is unusual. It is simply what happens when every conversation, document, deadline and follow-up lands on the same person.
The better you get, the more there is to keep moving.
RedCastile gives that work a place to live, so you can stay on top of your transactions without having to keep the whole operation in your head.
The job stays yours. You still find the clients, win the mandates, advise them, negotiate and close. The difference is having the tools and structure around you to keep everything else moving.
Your attention belongs on the transaction.
When someone else brings the opportunity, 10% goes to whoever sourced it (the house, another agent or a referrer) and you keep 60%. The applicable split is clear before you take the opportunity.
No monthly overhead.
A high-volume producer may keep more under a model with a cap. No commission structure is best for everyone.

* Solo keeps 100%, but carries every cost and closes with no support. † Many networks reward recruiting new agents over closing deals. ‡ 70% on the clients you bring, 60% when someone else sourced the opportunity, plus one €150 transaction fee per RedCastile-owned side.
My family has been working on the Castellón and Valencian coast since 2016, helping clients with property, residency and everything around it. I’ve spent years around this business, and there are parts of the industry I never wanted to reproduce. An agent shouldn’t have to pay just to have the right to work, and a brokerage shouldn’t need recruitment layers or recurring fees to make money before the agent has closed a deal. So I decided to build the kind of brokerage I wanted to see. I started with the technology (the tools, workflows and infrastructure that sit behind the transaction) and then built RedCastile around the agent who uses them. This is the 2026 relaunch of what my family has been doing for years. I’m building it for the agents I believe this industry should have been built around in the first place.
If you’re already happy with your brokerage, your systems work and the economics make sense, you probably don’t need RedCastile. But if you’ve started wondering whether there’s a better way to work, that’s a conversation worth having.
No. There are no levels, sponsors or revenue share. We don’t pay anyone to recruit, and we don’t earn from recruiting other agents.
Being an agent should never mean being anybody’s foot-soldier.
Yes. The model is built around genuine professional independence. You decide when you work, where you work, the clients you represent and the fees you charge.
The problems come from assigned zones, imposed schedules and fixed commissions. We built the opposite, clause by clause.
You shouldn’t take that on faith. See the product. See the economics. Read the agreement. Then decide.
This is one of the few moments when the people building the brokerage still know every agent personally. Your feedback won’t disappear into a support inbox. It will help shape how RedCastile evolves.
Being here early means having a real say in what comes next.
Yes. Buyer and seller opportunities generated by the brokerage sit in a shared pool. You decide whether to take them.
We won’t promise a fixed number of leads. Anyone promising a flood is lying to you. Most of a great agent’s business is their own captación. We are not building a business around buying €50 leads that were never real.
Everything is agreed before the deal and recorded in writing. Your share is visible in the same system that tracks the transaction, and payment is made within 15 working days of the client’s payment arriving.
No “ya lo cuadramos luego.”
The clients you arrived with leave with you. We keep one specific written list for twelve months: live RedCastile deals and clients you knew only through us. That list is handed to you in writing when you leave. Deals already at arras keep paying.
I want our alumni to be our proof, not our enemies. Ask any network to put that in writing.
Pending transactions close at the old agency on the old terms. Listings move only with the owner’s written consent after the old agency releases them.
RedCastile never induces a breach of an existing agreement.
A conversation. We’ll talk about how you work today, what you’re looking for and whether RedCastile is genuinely the right fit for both of us.
If you’re the kind of professional who is always looking for a better way to work, we’d like to meet you.
