Buying a home abroadshouldn’t mean trustingstrangers with everything.
You’re making one of the biggest decisions of your life, in a market, a language and a legal system you didn’t grow up with.
RedCastile grew out of a family that has done this work on Spain’s east coast since 2016. It’s built to stand with the buyer, from the first call to well after the sale, across the whole Comunitat Valenciana.
Let’s say the quiet fears out loud.
Every cross-border buyer carries these. You should hear how we answer them before you trust us with anything.
Everyone here seems to work for the seller. Who’s actually on my side?
We work the buyer’s side of it. Our loyalty is to the person moving in, never to closing a sale.
I’m signing papers I can’t fully read, in a system I don’t know.
We sit with you and put every clause into words you’ll follow before you commit a single euro. At the notary, the deed is read to you too.
The day after I move in, I’ll be on my own in a foreign country.
The people who find your home are the ones who manage and maintain it after. Staying isn’t a favour, it’s the job.
I built this from the buyer’s side of the table.
I’m Nader Maddi. I came to Spain from Libya and made the same move you’re weighing now: a huge decision in a language and a legal system I had to learn from scratch. I know exactly where a foreign buyer gets left exposed, because I was one.
My family has worked this coast since 2016: finding homes, rebuilding the tired ones, and looking after them for years afterward. That is close to a decade of knowing which neighbourhoods hold their value, which gestor moves fast, and where the paperwork tends to stall. It is not knowledge you can rush.
In 2026 I brought all of that under one name and one standard. No inflated history: the track record is real and goes back years, the company is deliberately new. What carries through is the rule I was raised on. One person owns your move from the first call, and is still the one you reach once you have moved in.
Roots on this coast
The family starts finding, rebuilding and managing homes across the Costa del Azahar.
The track record
Mohamed turns tired apartments into homes people want. Dania runs them while owners live abroad. The team learns this coast street by street.
One name, one standard
The experience becomes a brokerage, with one person accountable for each move, start to finish and well after.
The keys aren’t the finish line.
There’s a mindset in this business we can’t stand. Call it Sold & Forgotten: the sale is the finish line, the For Sale sign comes down, and the people who promised the world go quiet.
We’re not against agents, and we’re not against fees. We charge one too. Charging for good work was never the problem. Charging and then disappearing the moment the money clears is.
So here’s the line we draw: most of our work starts the day you move in. Management, renovation, the paperwork nobody warns you about. That isn’t an add-on. It’s the point.
The people who answer for your move.
Whoever you meet first owns your move, from the first viewing to the last signature, and everything after.

The seat that guides buyers from the first viewing to the final signature is still open. If that sounds like you, we’d like to talk.
We’d rather show you the work.
No star ratings, no borrowed logos, no reviews we wrote ourselves. Here’s what’s simply true today.
Since 2016
finding, renovating and managing homes on this coast
20+ properties
under our management today, looked after year-round
In-house
renovation and management, our own people, not subcontracted guesswork
3 languages
Arabic, English and Spanish spoken in-house, and jargon-free in all of them
That’s the family’s track record, honestly dated. The company is new. The experience behind it is not.
Come talk to us before you decide anything.
A short, no-pressure conversation with the people who’d actually handle your move. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you.
