Privacy policy
Last updated: July 2026
This policy explains how we handle the personal data you share with us through this website, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR) and Spain’s Organic Law 3/2018 on data protection and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is:
- Company name
- RED CASTILE FOR TRADING AND REAL ESTATE SL
- Tax ID (CIF)
- B12970331
- Contact for data matters
- contact@redcastile.com
Our registered office will be published in the legal notice once confirmed.
What data we process
We only process the data you choose to give us when you fill in a form on this site (contact, valuation, buyer brief or newsletter). Depending on the form, this is usually:
- your name
- your phone or WhatsApp number
- your email address
- the message and the details you enter in the form, for example what you are looking for or the property you would like valued
If you tick the marketing box, we also record that you gave that consent. We do not ask for special-category data, and you should not send it to us through these forms.
Why we use your data
- To attend to and respond to your request, and to help you buy, sell or manage a home.
- Only if you expressly opt in, to send you occasional market and property updates. You can withdraw this consent at any time.
Legal basis
We rely on your consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR) and, where it applies, on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6.1.b GDPR) to answer an enquiry you started.
Market updates rely only on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time without affecting anything we did before you withdrew it.
Who has access to your data
Your enquiry is managed in our own customer system (CRM), hosted on our platform at redcastile.app. Within RedCastile, only the people who need it to help you can see it.
We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf to run our technical services, such as hosting and email, under contracts that require them to protect it. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own commercial use.
We do not currently use any third-party mailing service. When we send market updates, they come directly from us.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as we need it to attend to your request and, afterwards, for the period required to meet our legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your rights
You can exercise the following rights over your personal data at any time:
- access
- rectification
- erasure
- objection
- restriction of processing
- portability
You also have the right to withdraw any consent you gave, and to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe your rights have not been respected.
You can reach the AEPD at www.aepd.es.
How to exercise your rights
To exercise any of these rights, or to ask us anything about your data, write to us at contact@redcastile.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we will respond within the time limits set by law.
