This legal notice sets out who operates redcastile.com and the terms for using it, in line with Article 10 of Spain’s Law 34/2002 of 11 July on information-society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE).

Purpose and terms of use
This website presents the services of RedCastile, a real-estate agency working across Spain’s Comunitat Valenciana, and lets you request information and property valuations. It does not sell products or close transactions online.
By browsing this site you agree to use it lawfully and in good faith, and not to use its content in any way that could harm the operator or third parties. We may update, suspend or change the site and this notice at any time.
Intellectual and industrial property
The RedCastile name and logo, along with the texts, photographs, graphics, design and source code of this website, belong to the operator or are used with permission, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.
You may view and print pages for your own personal use. Any other use, reproduction, distribution or public communication without prior written permission is not allowed. Some regional photographs are used under free licences and are credited below.
Links to other sites
This website may link to third-party sites, such as partner services or public registries, for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse them.

We take reasonable care to keep the information here accurate and current, but property details, prices, taxes and third-party services can change. The content is general information and is not a binding offer. Property listings, when shown, are provided in good faith and are subject to error, omission, prior sale or withdrawal.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that are legally competent in Spain. Where you act as a consumer, the competent court is the one for your place of residence, as protected by Spanish consumer law.
