What will it cost me?

In Spain the seller usually pays the agency commission. Ours is agreed with you up front, in writing, before the home is listed. What we agree is what you pay.

Another agency valued it higher. Why is your number lower?

Ask them for the sales behind their number. That’s the honest test. A flattering valuation usually becomes months of silence and then price cuts. We’d rather lose the listing than start with a number we can’t defend.

Can I sell while living abroad?

Yes. With power of attorney you don’t need to fly for every signature, and as a non-resident the buyer retains 3% for tax, and we’ll explain what that means before you count your proceeds.

How long will it take?

Priced right and papered early, homes here find their buyer in months, not years, but nobody can promise a date, and we won’t. You’ll always know what interest is real.
